Who sees it
Inquiry details are available to our sales and technical staff who handle your request. Where a product must be sourced from a partner, we share only the information needed to obtain a quotation, and only after you have asked us to proceed.
How long we keep it
Quotation and order correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support the commercial relationship and to meet accounting and export record-keeping obligations. Inquiry records that do not lead to an order are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
