Standard Pack Sizes
Non-standard packs are available on request; the pack is confirmed in the quotation, not assumed.

What Ships With the Order
Every shipment carries a document set matched to the destination and the mode of transport.

Commercial documents
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (CO / Form A) and bill of lading or AWB.

Quality documents
CoA per lot, TDS where one exists, SDS in the required language and format.

Dangerous goods
UN number, class, packing group and the DG declaration prepared by a certified forwarder.

Customs & compliance
HS code per product, and any import licence the destination requires.
Shipping Terms & Storage
Incoterms and storage conditions are agreed per order; the defaults below are what most customers use.

EXW / FOB
Collected at the plant or loaded at the named Chinese port.

CIF / CFR
Freight and insurance arranged to the destination port.

DDP (case by case)
Delivered duty paid where the destination allows it.

Storage
Cool, dry, ventilated; away from oxidisers and direct sunlight unless the TDS states otherwise.
Pack Sizes and Containers
The container follows the product and the shipment, not the other way round.

We do not ship a pack size the product’s stability or the transport rules do not allow.

If a document is missing from a shipment, tell us the invoice number and we will reissue it.
