Selected partner plants cover unit operations we do not run in-house, under the same release criteria.

Utilities & EHS
Waste-water treatment, solvent recovery and emergency response are part of the site permit.

Warehouse
Segregated storage for solvents, solids and finished goods, with temperature logging where required.

How a Production Slot Is Allocated
Capacity is allocated in four steps, and each step has a gate.

Feasibility
We confirm route, specification and batch size against current capacity.

Slot hold
A slot is held once specification and packaging are agreed.
03
Raw materials
Materials are ordered against the agreed specification.
04
Production and release
The batch is analysed and released against the CoA before packing.
Quality & Delivery
QC release, CoA, packing and export documents are checked against the agreed product and project requirements.
