N-Ethylcarbazole

N-Ethylcarbazole is an N-substituted aromatic heterocycle used in pigment and organic-functional-material synthesis. Its carbazole framework supplies an electron-rich conjugated core, while N-ethyl substitution removes the free NH reaction site. Accessible aromatic positions allow further ring functionalization without first rebuilding the fused heterocycle.
